Contracting Procedure

• The service contracting procedure will be conducted in Spanish. If it is possible to contract in another language, it will be indicated before the process begins.
• To contract our services, the user must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times. Inaccurate or missing data may result in the cancellation of the contracted service.

Contract Confirmation

• Once the contract is finalized, Bolkana will send the user a confirmation email with the details of the contracted service.
• If errors are detected in the provided information, the client may request corrections or cancel the contract within 7 business days, provided that the service has not started.

Prices and Payments

Prices

• The prices for services offered by Bolkana are not public and will be agreed directly with the client via email.
• Once the price is confirmed, an email receipt will be sent reflecting the agreed terms, including the amount, scope of service, and scheduled dates.

Payment Methods

• Bolkana accepts the following payment methods:

• Once payment is confirmed, a receipt will be sent to the email address provided by the user.

Service Conditions

Service Delivery

• Services will begin on the agreed date and will be accessible through the established channels (online platform, video calls, etc.).
• In the event of delays or incidents, Bolkana will inform the client and offer alternative solutions.

Cancellations and Withdrawals

• The client may cancel the contract before the service begins by sending an email to [email protected].
• In the event of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded, deducting any costs incurred for services already provided or materials delivered.

Disclaimer of Liability

• Bolkana does not guarantee success in fundraising, as this depends on multiple factors beyond the service provided.
• Bolkana is not responsible for the misuse of the materials provided or decisions made by the client based on the services rendered.
• In the event of a dispute, Bolkana will cooperate in amicable resolution efforts between the parties.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

• All materials provided by Bolkana (documents, templates, recordings, etc.) are the intellectual property of Bolkana and are protected by copyright.
• The reproduction, distribution, or use of such materials without prior written authorization from Bolkana is strictly prohibited.
• Breach of this term will result in a penalty of €50,000 as a sanction for the misuse of protected material, without prejudice to any other legal actions Bolkana may pursue.

Modification of Terms

• Bolkana reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the service.
• Updates will be available on the website, and active users will be notified of relevant changes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• These conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a conflict, the parties agree to submit to the courts of the user’s habitual residence or the corporate address of Bolkana if the client acts as a professional.
